Hi Margaret, just listened to your report, so sorry that you have had to finish this early but there’s really no choice when there’s a serious injury. Capsizing sounds dreadful, amazed you coped so well. Hope Ben is now ok and not too uncomfortable. Thinking of you and sending love xxx If there’s anything we can do please ask.

Its great to see that your are keeping the spirits up team, well done . Looks like rough conditions through tonight, but after that, it looks like perfect conditions for the next few days – maybe even Ben will overcome his sea sickness.

Thanks for the updates margaret, it helps to sooth the fears of those with vigourous imaginations.
